Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.  This excludes large rugs and some larger furniture items, in which case the ship rates can be found in the product information on the product's page
  • Most items are shipped via UPS' Carbon Neutral Program in an effort to offset what we cannot reduce
  • Extra charges apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii,  please contact Forma Living directly by email at FormaLiving@gmail.com, or by phone at (415) 225-5785 to inquire about extra charge

  • Forma Living does NOT ship to PO Boxes, or APO addresses
  • Shipping times vary based on geographic location

 Standard Shipping

  • Most shipments (excluding larger furniture items) ship via UPS Ground, or insured USPS Priority Mail for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada
  • Once your order is marked as "Shipped", standard shipping takes approximately1-6 business days in transit time
  • Tracking information is emailed at the time of shipment
  • Please call or email to discuss options for expedited shipments
  • The delivery driver will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address, if no one is at the address, a delivery reattempt will be made
  • Signature required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses
  • If you will be unavailable to sign for the package at your shipping address you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for the package to be rerouted

Freight Shipments

  • Larger furniture items ship by standard freight by various carriers
  • Standard Freight includes curbside delivery only
  • Freight shipments can take between 1-4 weeks transit time
  • Freight companies contact customers to arrange a delivery appointment
  • Freight tracking information is emailed for most orders
  • Certain items may require an additional freight charge, when required, this charge will be listed in the product description

Damages or Defects

  • All orders must be inspected upon delivery.
  • Damages and defects must be reported within 72 hours
  • Images may be needed to ascertain damage
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or return
